Multiple wireless Internet bridge devices are installed on land to cover different sea areas. Data from fixed monitoring stations in each sea area is transmitted to the land-based central base station based on proximity. Temporary mobile monitoring stations can connect to the land-based central station using the same proximity principle. Those unable to connect to land can link to nearby fixed monitoring stations. For monitoring vessels, the system automatically switches to fixed monitoring stations as they move away from the coastline, or navigates between multiple fixed monitoring stations during their voyages.
